Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
After that period, no refund or exchange can be offered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of return shipping charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection and amount of your refund.
Please note that shipping costs – from the original purchase or your return shipping costs – are never refundable.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace defective or damaged items (due to our fault) free of charge. If you need to exchange an item for other reasons, please contact us.
